Do you want to send a private message to a member of the WIKI?
Go to Manage Wiki, Members, then click on the user name of the person you want to send a message to and you will see the option to send a message. If you would like to send a message to multiple members, note down their user names and then Click the envelope at the top of the page. Click compose message, add the user names and send your message. You can also send to all members by clicking the dropdown box.

Do you want to check what has happened on the WIKI since your last visit?
Click on 'Recent Changes' at the left hand side, which takes you all the activity and when it happened. You can click on the link to go straight to the page/discussion you want to view.
Are you receiving email updates for content added to the WIKI?
If not go to 'Recent Changes' then click the 'Notify me' tab at the top of that page. This will tell you whether you are receiving email updates for all pages or not. Change your status to receiving updates for all pages. Make sure the boxes are ticked so that you receive updates for both 'Page Edits' and 'Discussions'.

Don't forget that there is a discussion tab on the top of each page so there can be a set of discussions on every page. And you can also check whether you have read the latest part of a discussion by checking the time and date next to the discussion.
